Specialised Production Technology (SPT) Ltd was established in 2001 to manufacture products for the engineering industry.

SPT have established a professional service within many industries including: - Electronics, Pharmaceutical, Defence (Naval and military), Aviation, Civil Engineering and Commercial.

At our works in Tollesbury Essex we have 3 units with a combined floorspace of 15 thousand square feet with facilities for the production of CNC sheetmetal items, fabrication and welding, CNC milling and turning plus electro-mechanical assembly and functional test.

We are an ISO 9001: 2008 accredited company so we have all the necessary procedures in place to satisfy any customers concerns with quality. All our staff are trained or in training and are highly motivated to help with SPTs growth and customer satisfaction. We have operated from the outset an apprenticeship scheme to encourage young people to enter the engineering domain and have recruited experienced engineers and technicians to ensure a balanced resource is available for the variety of disciplines we are able to undertake.

We are committed to complying with requirements and meeting or exceeding customers' quality needs to ensure their satisfaction, this is demonstrated by our processes and the continual capital investment in new plant and software such as 3D modeling. We have the ability to import most 2 and 3D drawings and are also able to view VRML files for electrical and mechanical assembly.
